Near the shore of Silver Lake in the town of West Bend, Silver Lake Country Inn was founded 30 years ago by Dan Rau and Dawn Robarge. The quaint and cozy restaurant and bar has flourished over the years, mainly though word of mouth recommendations from its loyal customers. We continue to operate this restaurant with the same goals as when they started, offering a unique and comfortable place to dine plus great food at affordable prices.
One of the most important objectives is to make sure that every visit you can depend on the consistency and quality of our food. We've accomplished this by not veering from what we do best, which is all the cooking ourselves.
We also believe in providing the best service possible. We are very proud of our staff, of which many have been there for quite some time.
Silver Lake Country Inn offers a range of dishes, from sandwiches to steaks plus a full children's menu. Of course, we offer a terrific Wisconsin fish fry and special all-u-care-to-eat nights.
We also pride ourselves on making sure that everything from soups to desserts and croutons to appetizers are always house made. Enjoy a bowl of Silver Lake Baked Onion Soup at the beginning of your meal or our fan favorite Country Inn Salad, but save room for a slice of our house made desserts.
Best known for our BBQ and Honey Dijon Ribs, we are proud to offer them as an all-u-care-to-eat special along with a side of Breaded Fantail or Peel & Eat Shrimp on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. Also of note is the all-u-care-to-eat perch fry on Wednesdays, and you can't go wrong with the Friday Fish Fry.
Silver Lake Country Inn is open Tuesday to Saturday from 4 to 9 pm. Reservations are are recommended (especially Wednesdays and Fridays).
